  • Estimator

    • Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
    • Be able to review and comprehend project solicitation scope of work to bid
    • Ability to thoroughly review project specifications and drawings
    • Review and evaluate cost estimates from vendors and subcontractors
    • Prepare estimates in detail for commercial and industrial projects
    • Ensure timely completion of estimates
    • Manage bid pricing from all vendors
    • Prepare cost analysis
    • Balance workload to be able to estimate multiple projects within given time period
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers and subcontractors
  • Project Management

    • Coordinating project specific submittals; lighting, lighting controls, switchgear, etc.
    • Issuing subcontracts and managing the subcontractor where applicable
    • Communicating, writing, and following through with change orders
    • Plan, schedule, and maintain project schedules
    • Manage project costs – create project budgets, monthly billings, and cost to complete projections.
    • Complete understanding and knowledge of the project to ensure workmanship is in line with the local codes, the contract, project specific details and the overall budget
    • Maintain safety and quality control
    • Manage all job closeout procedures including warranty letters, as-builds, commissioning, and training
    • Develop and maintain relationships with the project team, contractors, and owners
    • A complete understating of the construction and electrical industry.
  • Administrative Assistants

    • Ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
    • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
    • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
    • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment; including computers, copy machines and fax machines
    • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
    • Respond to questions and requests for information
    • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Electrical Foremen

    • California state journeyman card
    • Complete understanding of the construction process and schedules
    • Communicate with your project manager, general foreman, contractors, and field employees
    • Responsible for ensuring the safety of the crews at all times
    • Coordinate with other contractors and trades to ensure smooth workflow with project schedules
    • Maintain a complete understanding of the work scope, safety, and documentation involved in every project
    • Organize and maintain all material, labor, and equipment before, during, and after each job task
    • Maintain adequate manpower to maintain project schedule
    • Awareness and communication for all plan changes and changes in scope
    • Manage sub-contractors where applicable
    • Maintain and grow relationships with contractor/owners of each project
    • Promote and maintain safety standards
    • Complete and maintain paperwork
    • Train and mentor apprentices/trainees
  • Electrical Journeymen

    • California state journeyman card
    • Complete knowledge of electrical systems
    • Read and comprehend project plans
    • Install, terminate and service electrical equipment
    • Troubleshoot
    • Promote and maintain safety standards
    • Train and mentor apprentices/trainees
  • Electricians

    • Maintain electrical trainee card and classes or have graduated from a state certified electrical school
    • Reliable transportation
    • Eager to learn
    • Motivated and eager to grow your career in the electrical industry
    • Promote and maintain safety standards
    • Good attendance
  • Service Technician

    • State certification as a journeyman electrician.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
    • Complete knowledge of electrical systems.
    • Must be self-driven to work independently, or work with crews.
    • Good verbal communications skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and repair experience.
    • Significant commercial and industrial experience.
    • Experience with electrical testing tools.
    • General PLC knowledge.
    • Ability to layout and procure materials for jobs.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with customers/owners.
    • Ability to field service calls as well as run small projects if needed.
    • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and codes.
    • Complete and maintain paperwork.
    • Promote and maintain safety standards
